Great location. We were right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the iconic Duomo. The convenience of being so close to all the main attractions made our stay in Florence even better. The room was also surprisingly large, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being so close to everything that you could want to see in the city. Just a short walk away from the cathedral and in the heart of the old city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with our room and bathroom being super clean and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and accommodating, we were allowed to store our luggage after check-out so we could continue exploring before catching our train.

The hotel is wonderfully located, right in the center of the old town, on a small shopping street around the corner of the big cathedral. You can easily walk to all the main spots in the city, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, with a white minimalistic interior style. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Some guests have mentioned that there were some basic items missing, such as glasses and a corkscrew.

Well-located one star city hotel in walking distance to major attractions. Very kind hostess, clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. No WiFi but mobile data access available. No TV, hair/body shampoo, or hair dryer. No elevators for guests with mobility issues. Conveniently marked entrance. Friendly staff with easy check-in. Cozy room with functional heating. Daily cleaning and good condition. Offers privacy and affordable rates. Great location near Duomo and various dining and shopping options. Warm and welcoming staff. Baggage storage available on check-out day. No breakfast, but bakeries nearby.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just steps away from all the major attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms, even though they have a shared bathroom, are well-maintained and clean.
